Once you have found the perfect nature photo, here is all of the information you need to know about licensing the image or ordering prints.
I. Licensing Images - Rights Managed
The wildlife and landscape photos here are a small sample of the nature images available from Franzfoto Nature Photography. We have a stock collection of tens of thousands of images that can be licensed for use, as high resolution TIF or JPEG files. We are also continually adding new photos to our collection, and will shoot images on assignment.
All images are available for licensing for print or electronic use, subject to our licensing agreement. We offer our images as "Rights Managed" meaning that rights are granted for a specific usage and/or time period. We do not offer "Royalty Free" licenses.
Image licenses are priced individually, based on the intended use of the image. This includes factors such as type of use (print, web, etc.), circulation, size of image in use, market, etc. We use "FotoQuote" software and other resources to calculate a price when preparing a quote.
When you request use of an image we will prepare a detailed quote outlining the usage granted, cost, terms of payment, and details we used to calculate the cost. Once a Purchase Order has been sent to us, or payment has been made, we will deliver the image within 3-5 business days. Images can be delivered via ftp, email, or CD.

If you are looking for a specific nature or wildlife subject but cannot find it in our gallery pages, please contact us and we will provide you with samples of what we have available in our stock nature photo library that may fit your needs.
II. Purchasing Prints
All nature images in the galleries can be purchased as prints. To order a print, from a gallery page, click the image you are interested in. An enlarged version of the image will appear in a new window. Below the image is a button that says "Print Purchasing And Options", click this. The options to order the image as a print will appear, select the size you desire, and then click the "Add to Cart" button. At that point you can either complete your purchase of the print using our checkout or continue shopping.
III. Print Information
We offer prints sizes up to 16"x24" which are printed using an Epson 3800 Photo Printer, using archival quality inks and paper. Although archival inks and papers are used to help guarantee a long life for your prints, you should take care in the storage, handling, and display of your prints. It is best to display or store your print in a glass frame, plastic sleeve, or photo album to minimize the possibility of color change. It is also recommend that you minimize prolonged exposure to direct sunlight and extreme humidity or temperature.
V. Payment Process
All orders from this site are processed using PayPal, a third party payment service. We have selected PayPal as it offers a secure and simple way of handling transactions. You do not have to sign up for an account with PayPal if you are using a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you would prefer to pay by check, you must sign up for a PayPal account, or mail your check to us. We reserve the write to postpoe shipping any items purchased by check until it has cleared.
VI. Sales Tax
If the item is to be shipped to an address within Wyoming, law requires local sales tax to be added to your order. You will be charged Wyoming sales tax of 4.0%.
VII. Shipping
If your order is to be shipped, applicable shipping charges will be added during checkout. At your request, if available, we will provide a tracking number upon shipment. Prints will be shipped either via USPS or UPS at the rates quoted through our online shopping cart. We recomend USPS Prioirty Express for most orders.
If placing an order from an address outside the continental United States, please contact us for actual shipping charges prior to placing your order.
VIII. Order Processing Time
