Stock Photography usage fees are based on circulation and/or resolution of the required image. Pricing for other uses will be quoted on a per project basis. Photos on this site are rights protected and we quote one time use rates. We currently have over 3000 images on our Web site, over 200,000 images in our slide files and 60,000 digital captures. Our images are available in original 35mm slides, 70mm dupes or digital files of different resolutions depending upon your needs. The images are not offered on a royalty free basis. Scanned digital files are supplied via email, FTP or CD-ROM. Tests have shown that 40 Mb files transmitted via email, in JPEG format, at near maximum compression have obtained excellent results on book covers and greeting cards - I have produced test transparencies of original quality from such files. 40 Mb RGB files will be compressed to about 1.5 Mb so download time should be no more than 9 minutes. Smaller files sizes will be transmitted at a lower compression ratio to maintain quality.
Quality always comes first: Transparencies are scanned at 5400 dpi providing a 60-70 megabyte tiff file.. The digital files offered meet the very highest demands even exceeding the quality of 35mm film. The 35mm transparencies on Fuji Velvia and other professional films are suitable for any use without restriction to size.
